On February 7, a ceremony was held under the leadership of Prosecutor General Nigmatilla Yuldashev to mark the retirement of employees who had served for many years with integrity and dedication in the prosecution system. The Prosecutor General’s Office press service reported this.

Speaking at the event, the Prosecutor General recognized the veteran employees’ contributions to strengthening the rule of law and protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms. He emphasized that their professional skills and extensive life experience serve as an example for younger staff members.

During the ceremony, words of gratitude were expressed to the retirees, along with wishes for good health, family well-being, and a prosperous life.

“Such events serve to honor employees who have worked in the prosecution system, enhance the prestige of the profession, and ensure continuity between generations,” the statement said.

It is worth noting that on January 27 of this year, during a videoconference meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the Security Department under the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs, it was noted that more than 300 individuals of retirement age were holding managerial positions within law enforcement agencies. Of these, 135 were employed in the prosecution bodies.
