On August 28, an electric car was completely destroyed by fire in Tashkent’s Chilonzor district, according to the city’s Emergency Situations Department.
Officials reported that at 08:09, the Tashkent City DES received a call about a burning electric car on Bunyodkor Branch Street in Chilonzor. Fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene at 08:15, and the blaze was fully extinguished by 08:19.
No injuries were reported. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the extent of the material damage.
It is worth noting that a similar incident occurred earlier in Tashkent’s Yangihayot district, where a fire in an electric car resulted in one person being hospitalized with burn injuries.
