Uzbekistan U-17 team’s World Cup schedule announced

Qatar will host the FIFA U-17 World Cup this November. The schedule for the Uzbekistan U-17 national team, led by Islam Ismoilov, has been announced.

The Uzbekistan U-17 national team, placed in Group G of the mini-World Cup featuring 48 teams, will begin its FIFA U-17 World Cup campaign on November 5 against Paraguay. The team will then face Ireland on November 8, and conclude the group stage with a match against Panama on November 11.

The tournament in Qatar will be held from November 3 to 27. The Uzbekistan U-17 squad, led by Islombek Ismoilov, is scheduled to arrive in Doha on November 1. As part of their preparations, the team will play a friendly match against Burkina Faso today, October 29, in Sharjah, UAE.

It is worth noting that on April 20 this year, the Uzbekistan U-17 national team defeated Saudi Arabia 2-0 in the final of the AFC U-17 Asian Cup held in Saudi Arabia, becoming the champions of Asia.
