A swindler who promised admission to Tashkent State Law University was caught. This was reported by the Department of Combating Economic Crimes.
It is noted that the citizen X.Kh. The (previously convicted) citizen gained M.Sh.'s trust and, allegedly with the help of his acquaintances working in a high position, gave him a certificate of foreign language studies and promised to admit him to the master's level of the Tashkent State Law University. He was caught with physical evidence while receiving $3,500.
"In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and investigative efforts are being conducted," the report says.
It should be noted that earlier, a person who received 22 thousand dollars for admission to the MIA Academy was arrested.
