Uzbek mixed martial artist Ramazon Temirov will take part in a UFC event in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, this July, Vestnik MMA reported.
According to the report, Temirov will face Australian fighter and former world champion Steve Erceg in a lightweight bout. The three-round fight is scheduled to take place on July 25 this year.
This will be Temirov’s first fight since his suspension. In the summer of 2025, two doping tests submitted by Ramazon Temirov returned positive results. The failed test was detected ahead of his fight against Kazakhstan’s Asu Almabayev.
Temirov was then removed from the bout and replaced by Peru’s Jose Ochoa. In October 2025, Temirov was handed a one-year suspension, backdated to July of that year.
