President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed condolences to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping over the loss of many lives and serious injuries caused by a tragedy at an industrial facility in Hunan Province. This was reported by the presidential press service.
According to the report, the head of state conveyed words of sympathy and support to the families and relatives of those killed and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Earlier, it was reported that a powerful explosion at a pyrotechnics factory in China’s Hunan Province killed at least 21 people and injured 61 others. Chinese President Xi Jinping called for a thorough and prompt investigation into the tragedy.
