A total of 879,599 live births were registered in Uzbekistan in 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Of this number, 859,065 were single births, 19,976 were twin births, and 558 involved triplets or higher-order multiple births.
For reference, 926,422 babies were born in Uzbekistan in 2024, including 479,552 boys and 446,870 girls.
It is worth noting that earlier reports noted a decline in the number of births and marriages in Uzbekistan.
