New deputy appointed to Minister of Justice

Mirjalol Davronbekovich Allakuliev has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Justice, the ministry’s press service reported.
Allakuliev was born in 1988 in Khiva district, Khorezm region. He holds a higher education degree in law and is a First-Class Legal Adviser. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Tashkent State University of Law in 2012, his master’s degree there in 2014, and another master’s degree at the Bank-Finance Academy in 2024.
He began his career in 2008 as a clerk at the reception office of the Ministry of Justice. From 2013 to 2014, he worked in the Department of Criminal, Administrative, and Social Legislation as a first-class clerk, Senior Adviser, and Leading Adviser. Between 2014 and 2017, he served as Chief Adviser, and from 2017 to 2018, as Head of Department in the same division. In 2018, he held the position of Deputy Head–Department Head and later became Head of the department, serving until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, he was Head of the Legislative Department.
Prior to this appointment, from 2022, Allakuliev served as Head of the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice.
For reference, earlier, Mahmud Shukhratovich Istamov was appointed First Deputy Minister of Justice.
