Today, April 26, many world leaders are attending the funeral of Pope Francis in St. Peter's Square in the Vatican along with about 200,000 people.

Among those in attendance are US President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian President Sergio Mattarella, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer accompanied by Prince William, and Jordanian King Abdullah II.

The First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, Sodiq Safoev, is also present at the gathering.

For your information, Argentine Pope Francis is not expected to be buried in the Vatican, but in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome.

It should be recalled that Pope Francis died on April 21 at the age of 88 at his residence in the Vatican due to a stroke.
