Zuhra Jumaniyozova was born in 1958 in the Khorezm region. For many years, she worked in the field of traditional Khalfali music. Zuhra was her daughter Feruza's initial art instructor. Feruza Jumaniyozova began learning music and singing from her mother at the age of 3.
Reportedly, Zuhra Jumaniyozova struggled with health issues related to diabetes and hypertension.
