Mirziyoyev concludes Hungary visit, heads to Slovenia

On May 21, the official visit of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to Hungary came to an end, and the President departed for Slovenia. This was reported by the presidential press service.
During the visit, the head of state held negotiations with the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, in both narrow and expanded formats on May 20. He also met with the Speaker of the National Assembly, László Kövér, as well as with the heads of leading Hungarian banks and companies.
Earlier today, President Mirziyoyev took part in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States, where he proposed several key initiatives aimed at enhancing multilateral cooperation.
Following the conclusion of the summit, the President departed for Slovenia on an official visit. He was seen off at Liszt Ferenc International Airport by Hungarian officials.
