Saida Mirziyoyeva meets OSCE Secretary General

Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, met with Feridun Sinirlioğlu, Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, yesterday, June 2. She announced this on her Telegram channel.
According to Mirziyoyeva, Sinirlioğlu warmly recalled his recent visit to Uzbekistan and his meeting with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. He also emphasized that the OSCE is ready to support Uzbekistan’s initiatives.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in important areas such as combating transnational threats, digital technologies and artificial intelligence, protecting the interests of young people, gender equality, and judicial and legal reforms.
Earlier, on May 21 this year, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu, who was on an official visit to Uzbekistan. The meeting focused on further developing cooperation with the OSCE in the economic, environmental, political and humanitarian spheres.
