A resident of Samarkand was apprehended for possessing over 10 kilograms of marijuana in his home, according to a report from QALAMPIR.UZ.
During an operation targeting illegal drug trafficking in Samarkand, authorities discovered N.K., a resident of Koshrabot district, born in 1975, engaging in the illegal sale of narcotics.
During the investigation, officials found 10.395 kilograms of marijuana intended for distribution in N.K.'s possession. The confiscation was conducted according to proper procedural protocols.
Authorities intend to pursue criminal charges against N.K. under relevant sections of the Criminal Code.
Earlier this year, another individual in Jomboy district, Samarkand region, was apprehended for possessing approximately 32 kilograms of marijuana.
