In the area designated for the New Tashkent airport, the allocation of property to new users, registration, implementation of new projects, and construction work will be restricted to prevent unjustified increases in property values, the Tashkent Regional Cadastre Department reported.
According to the statement, alongside the construction restrictions, the entire area will undergo a full survey to determine compensation amounts for owners of residential, non-residential buildings, and agricultural land affected by the project.
The new airport is being built across 1,300 hectares in the districts of O‘rta Chirchiq and Quyi Chirchiq in Tashkent region.
It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated that, due to the construction of the new Tashkent International Airport, residents in the contiguous areas of O‘rta Chirchiq and Quyi Chirchiq would be relocated, with compensation provided for their homes and farm buildings.
