Prosecutor General’s Office official Alijon Abdullaev dismissed at own request

Alijon Siddikovich Abdullaev, Head of the Personnel Department at the Prosecutor General's Office, has stepped down from his position at his own request. The Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed the news in an official statement.
“Senior Advisor to Justice Alijon Siddikovich Abdullaev was relieved of his duties as Head of the Personnel Department of the Prosecutor General's Office based on his personal application,” the statement read.
Abdullaev had served as Head of the Personnel Department since 2020. Before that, he held senior positions within the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For reference, Alijon Abdullaev was born in 1953 in the Fergana region. He holds a higher education degree in law and graduated in 1977 from the Higher Courses of the State Security Committee of the former USSR.
