Driver with 344 traffic violations detained in Angren

A Spark car belonging to a driver was found during efforts by search officers of the Tashkent regional department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement to identify wanted vehicles. Farrukh Toshpolatov, head of the bureau’s information service, told QALAMPIR.UZ.

According to him, 344 traffic violations had been committed with this vehicle, resulting in fines totaling more than 175 million soums.

Interestingly, enforcement documents had been opened because many of the fines calculated for the violations were not paid on time. However, the vehicle had not been found for a long time.

As a result of search measures, the vehicle was located in Angren city.

It was noted that collection procedures for the fines will now begin, and measures will be taken to put the vehicle up for auction.

Earlier, it was reported that a Matiz driver in Tashkent had been fined 331 million soums after the car committed 912 traffic violations within one year.
