’’Sustainable work and high-quality product.’’ Bahrom Khodjimatov awarded with ’’Active entrepreneur’’ badge.

What once began as a simple dream to establish an orchard in the fields of Namangan has today turned into recognition at the state level. Bahrom Khodjimatov, director general of ’’Siberian Wellness-Namangan’’ LLC (NamAgro Tech), has been awarded the ’’Active entrepreneur’’ breast badge by the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This award, conferred by Presidential decree on August 18, 2025, recognizes the tangible contribution of Khodjimatov and his team to the economy. NamAgro Tech has become a driver in the region not only in developing horticulture, but also in processing, exports, and job creation.

According to the results of 2025, the company created 170 permanent and up to 250 seasonal jobs. Its 415 hectares of orchards and production systems that meet international standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, ISO 14001) allow products to be supplied not only to the domestic market, but also to foreign markets.

In May 2025, NamAgro Tech won in the nomination ’’Development of the agricultural industry and successful entry into international markets’’ at the ’’BrandAwards International 2024’’ competition.

The company plans to expand its orchards to 2,000 hectares, launch a pectin production line, and establish the manufacturing of biologically active supplements.

Bahrom Khodjimatov himself explains these achievements in simple words:

The awarding of Bahrom Khodjimatov with the ’’Active entrepreneur’’ badge is not only a personal achievement, but also recognition at the state level of the collective efforts of the entire team. NamAgro Tech has become a technological agricultural project that is opening new opportunities for Namangan today, and tomorrow for all of Uzbekistan.
