US dollar rate rises sharply

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has set the exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum that will take effect on 5 December.
Accordingly, the official US dollar rate increased by 50.85 soums, reaching 11,963.23 soums.
The euro rate also rose by 97.5 soums and was set at 13,970.66 soums.
The Russian ruble increased by 1.96 soums to 155.35 soums.
The Chinese yuan grew by 5.47 soums and was set at 1,691.70 soums.
Meanwhile, the price of one gram of gold fell by 7,500 soums, amounting to 1,652,800 soums.
According to data from TradingView, as of 16:00 Tashkent time on 4 December, the bitcoin rate had increased by 7,255,587 soums and stood at 1,115,154,971 soums.
