The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective from January 29.
Accordingly, the official exchange rate of the US dollar increased by 40.96 soums and stood at 12,168.98 soums.
The euro rose by 169.17 soums to 14,588.17 soums.
The Russian ruble increased by 1.37 soums to 159.89 soums.
The Chinese yuan gained 8.29 soums and was set at 1,752.02 soums.
The price of one gram of gold increased by 20,900 soums to 2,058,200 soums.
According to TradingView data, as of 16:00 Tashkent time on January 28, the price of bitcoin rose by 30,398,600 soums and reached 1,093,818,024 soums.
