The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has updated the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective June 3.
According to the new rates, the U.S. dollar rose by 44.18 soums to reach 12,834.61 soums.
The euro also saw a significant increase of 175.82 soums, bringing its official rate to 14,662.26 soums.
Meanwhile, the Russian ruble experienced a minor increase of 0.05 soums, reaching 162.65 soums.
