The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective from January 30.
According to the bank, the official exchange rate of the US dollar increased by 30.12 soums to 12,199.10 soums.
The euro rate fell by 2.93 soums to 14,585.24 soums.
The Russian ruble rose by 0.6 soums to 160.49 soums.
The Chinese yuan increased by 4.48 soums to 1,756.50 soums.
The price of gold per gram rose by 114,600 soums to 2,172,800 soums.
According to TradingView data, as of 16:00 Tashkent time on January 29, the price of bitcoin had fallen to 1,071,108,797 soums, while the value of one bitcoin stood at 1,071,108,797 soums, with the price per unit recorded at 22,709,227 soums.
