The "Dustlik" border customs post in the Andijan region will be temporarily closed to transport carriers and drivers tomorrow, November 6, according to the State Customs Committee.
The closure is due to technical repair work on the information systems at the neighboring "Dustlik" border customs post in the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, the movement of cargo and light vehicles through the "Dustlik" border customs post in Andijan will be temporarily suspended.
During this period, light vehicles can use the "Khanabad" border customs post in Andijan, while trucks may proceed through the "Uchkurgan" border customs post in Namangan. Pedestrians will still be able to cross the border without interruption.
It’s worth noting that the "Korasuv" border customs post in Korasuv, Kurgantepa district, Andijan region, recently reopened after a 15-year hiatus. Now, over 12,000 citizens can cross through this post each day.
