Special Telegram bot launched to contact Interior Ministry (video)

A special Telegram bot has been launched to enable direct communication with the Main Directorate of Internal Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, the ministry reported.

According to the statement, users can now report cases of corruption, extortion, or other misconduct by internal affairs officers via @iiv_shxbb_bot. The bot also allows officers to report issues they encounter during service quickly and conveniently.

The primary purpose of the bot is to establish effective communication with the Main Directorate of Internal Security, identify problems at an early stage, ensure transparency and fairness within the system, and prevent violations in a timely manner.

“Each report will be promptly reviewed, and the confidentiality of the applicant will be guaranteed,” the statement said.

Reports can be submitted via the bot at @iiv_shxbb_bot.

In addition, information can also be submitted through the hotline of the Main Directorate of Internal Security at +998 71 231 31 74.
