Head of  private kindergarten in Khiva, injured a child

On July 29 of this year, the head of a private preschool in the Khiva district of the Khorezm region allegedly injured a child. This was reported by the regional Department of Preschool and School Education.

A service investigation revealed that J.M., the head of the institution, forcefully squeezed the shoulder of U.Sh., a student in the preparatory group studying Russian, because the child had failed to memorize a poem. As a result, the child sustained bodily injuries to the left shoulder area.

Following the incident, the child’s relatives filed a complaint with the Khiva district Department of Internal Affairs. The situation was reviewed with the participation of the First Deputy Head of the district’s internal affairs department. At present, pre-investigation measures are underway.

“We inform you that all necessary actions are being taken to provide a proper legal assessment of this incident and to ensure the rights and safety of the child. Strict control is being exercised to prevent any form of violence in preschool educational institutions. Measures are being taken in cooperation with competent authorities,” the statement from the department reads.

It should be recalled that earlier, Sh, Sh a child born in 2023, died of electric shock due to the negligence of an educator at a preschool educational institution owned by individual entrepreneur X.O. in the Bukhara district of the Bukhara region.
