Muydinkhujaev claims another victory (video)

Uzbek Olympic champion Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev stepped into the ring against Argentina’s Alexis Torres yesterday, May 16. The six-round bout ended in Muydinkhujaev's favour.

The Uzbek boxer dominated the fight and secured the victory. It was the second professional boxing bout for Muydinkhujaev, the Paris 2024 Olympic champion.

For reference, Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev, a product of the Fergana boxing school, is currently working with the well-known Queensberry promotion company. He made his professional boxing debut in November 2025 in Chelyabinsk against Kazakhstan’s Aidos Tastayev, knocking out his opponent in the second round.

It is worth noting that the date of another professional bout involving Uzbek Olympic boxing champion Abdumalik Khalokov was announced earlier. A professional boxing tournament will be held at Humo Arena in Tashkent on May 29 this year. At the event, Abdumalik Khalokov will face India’s Anish Kumar.
