New appointments in the Presidential Administration

On July 30, several new appointments were made within the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the relevant decree of the President. The news was announced by Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov.

According to the decree:

Kamoliddin Karamiddinovich Mardonov has been appointed First Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis. In connection with this, he was relieved of his duties as Head of the Department for Developing Initiatives in the Agrarian Sector, Increasing Incomes, and Rational Use of Water.

Ulugbek Umaralievich Khanaev has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis – Chief Legal Advisor. He was previously serving as First Deputy Advisor to the President on Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis – Chief Legal Advisor.

Eldor Otamurodovich Khamroev has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis. He was relieved of his previous post as Head of the Department for the Development of Important Initiatives in Land Relations and Protection of Private Property.

Aziz Hasanovich Azimov has been appointed First Deputy Head of the Department for Public Security and Rule of Law. He was previously Chief Consultant of the Department for Information and Communication Technologies and Public Projects.

Sergey Nikolaevich Gordeev has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department for Public Security and Rule of Law. He was previously Head of the Department for Coordination of Internal Affairs and Customs Bodies.

Gulrukhsor Kudratovna Khatamova has been appointed First Deputy Head of the Communications Department. She was relieved of her position as Head of the Department for the Study and Analysis of Public Opinion.

Farrukh Farkhodjonovich Omonov has been appointed Deputy Head of the Communications Department. He was previously Head of the Department for Information Support and Mass Media Relations.

Rustam Ravshanovich Mirzaev has been appointed Deputy Head of the Communications Department. He was previously Head of the Department for Comprehensive Information, Propaganda, and Ideological Activities of the Security Council.

Fathiddin Fazliddinovich Mukhiddinov has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department for the Preparation of Analytical Content for Meetings and Regional Visits.

Khusniddin Kamalitdinovich Khoshimov has also been appointed Deputy Head of the same department. He was previously Head of the Information Support Department within the Planning and Information Support Department.

Ulugbek Rauf ugli Normatov has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department for External Relations. He was relieved of his previous post as Leading Consultant in the Department for the Study and Analysis of Public Opinion.

Ulugbek Shukhratjonovich Khusainov has been appointed Acting Director of the Agency for Management Efficiency. He was previously Deputy Head of the Department for Cooperation with Regions and Preparation of Analytical Materials.

Oybek Ulugbekovich Umarov has been appointed Deputy Administrator of the Presidential Administration. He was relieved of his previous position as Head of the Economic Activities Department within the Finance and Economic Department.

It is worth noting that Nozimahon Eldorovna Davletova was recently appointed as a contractual consultant to Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Human Capital Development Project Office.
