New deputy chairman appointed to the Competition Committee

According to a presidential decree dated 18 November 2025, Ulugbek Bahodirovich Davlatov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights. The committee reported the appointment.
Ulugbek Davlatov was born in 1987 in the Bukhara region. He holds a higher education degree in economics. Since 2011, he has worked within the Competition Committee system in various positions, including leading specialist, head of department, deputy head of directorate, head of directorate, and director of a department.
Earlier, it was reported that a new hokim had been appointed to the Narpay district.
