Former prosecutor appointed as mayor of Chirakchi district

Today, February 4, an extraordinary session of the Chirakchi District Council of People’s Deputies was held in Kashkadarya region, during which Bahodir Khudoykulov Khudoyorovich was appointed as the new govenor of the district. This was reported by the regional administration’s press service.
During the session, deputies approved his candidacy for the position of mayor of Chirakchi district.
For reference, Bahodir Khudoykulov was born in 1985. He graduated from Samarkand State University and the Tashkent State Institute of Law. Over the course of his career, he served as the prosecutor of Chirakchi district from 2018 to 2024.
Prior to his appointment, he had been working as the prosecutor of Shahrisabz district.
It is worth noting that yesterday, February 3, Jamshid Pardaev was appointed mayor of Pastdargom district in Samarkand region.
