During the visit of Oqilbek Japarov, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Head of the Presidential Administration, to Uzbekistan, the opening ceremony of the new Kyrgyz Embassy building in Tashkent took place. The press secretary of the Uzbek Prime Minister reported this event.

The Prime Ministers of both nations ceremoniously cut the ribbon to mark the official opening of the Kyrgyz diplomatic mission's new premises. They also toured the facilities provided for diplomats at the embassy.

As a gesture symbolizing the commitment to enhancing friendly relations between their countries and peoples, Abdulla Aripov and Oqilbek Japarov planted two trees. Both Prime Ministers penned their wishes in the embassy's Guest Book of Honors.

It's worth noting that last month, during the state visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan to Tajikistan, the ceremonial unveiling of Uzbekistan's new embassy building in Dushanbe occurred. The heads of state, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and Emomali Rahmon, jointly inaugurated the diplomatic mission's new building by cutting the ribbon.
