Tashkent market dispute leads to administrative charges

A video circulating on social media shows a heated altercation among vendors at a market in Yashnabad district, Tashkent, sparking widespread discussion. The Main Department of Internal Affairs in Tashkent has stated the incident.

On April 15, around 4:30 PM, a dispute broke out among vendors at the market. The individuals involved were identified as A.A. (born 1998), Z.D. (born 2006), N.E. (born 1982), and M.M. (born 1984). The altercation escalated as the individuals deliberately disregarded public conduct norms, leading to a physical confrontation.

The Yashnabad District Department of Internal Affairs has filed an administrative protocol against the individuals under Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (Petty Hooliganism). The case has been forwarded to the Yashnabad District Criminal Court for legal action.

Previously, in Jizzakh city, a male and female vendor assaulted a pregnant woman. Following the incident, the Jizzakh City Investigation Department initiated a criminal case under Article 109, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (Intentional Infliction of Minor Bodily Harm) against the perpetrators.
