Uzbekistan finishes Asian Championships with 4 medals

The Asian Indoor Athletics Championships concluded on February 9. At the continental event hosted by China, Uzbek athletes finished the competition with four medals.
On the final day of competition in Tianjin, Valeriya Gorbatova won gold in the high jump, while Sabokhat Samijonova claimed silver in the women’s 800 meters. Earlier in the championships, Sharifa Davronova won gold in the triple jump and Jonbibi Hukmova secured gold in the women’s 400 meters.
In total, Uzbekistan completed the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships with three gold medals and one silver medal.
