According to some sources, the sharp increase in gold prices has been driven by uncertainty surrounding US demands related to Greenland, as well as the broader global political situation.

It is worth noting that as of January 12, the price of a five-gram gold bullion bar in Uzbekistan reached 9,010,000 soums for the first time.
