The Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan has published a list of materials identified as promoting extremist and terrorist ideologies as of September 2, 2025. The import, production, distribution, and display of these materials are prohibited within the country.
The list includes pages and platforms on Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Odnoklassniki, and TikTok, as well as various websites.
The materials included in this list have been classified by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan as promoting extremism, terrorism, and religious fanaticism. Therefore, the Committee on religious affairs has urged citizens not to download electronic books, articles, and applications, nor to access unverified photos and videos or listen to suspicious audio content.
