Uzbekistan to see cooler temperatures over the weekend

The Uzbek Hydrometeorological Service (Uzhydromet) has released weather forecasts for August 30–31, indicating a drop in temperatures across the country.
Starting tomorrow, relatively cool air masses will move into Uzbekistan from the northwest. Daytime temperatures are expected to fall to 31–36 degrees Celsius on August 30 and 28–33 degrees on August 31–September 1.
Cooler conditions will be most noticeable at night and in the early morning. By September 1, nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to 13–16 degrees. Despite the temperature decrease, dry and cloudless weather will prevail across the country.
Wind speeds in some regions are expected to reach 13–18 m/s, with gusts of up to 20–23 m/s accompanied by dust storms on August 30–31 and September 1.
In Tashkent, the weather will remain cloudless. Winds will shift from the east to the northwest, blowing at 3–8 m/s, and may reach 10–14 m/s on August 30–31, with dust expected in some areas. Daytime temperatures will be 34–36 degrees on August 30 and 30–32 degrees on August 31–September 1, while nighttime temperatures will gradually drop to 13–15 degrees.
