Weekend weather forecast announced

Dry weather is expected across most of Uzbekistan over the weekend, on April 11 and 12. This was reported in the forecast issued by Uzhydromet.

According to the forecast, no precipitation is expected in most parts of the country on April 11 and 12. Only some areas of Samarkand and Jizzakh regions, as well as parts of the Fergana Valley, may see brief rain showers accompanied by thunderstorms. Nighttime temperatures will range from 8 to 13 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures will range from 20 to 25 degrees.

In the foothill and mountainous areas of the republic, brief rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in some places. Mudflows and flash floods may also occur.

In Tashkent, no precipitation is expected from April 10 to 12. Winds will blow from the east at light to moderate speeds. Temperatures will range from 11 to 13 degrees Celsius at night and from 23 to 25 degrees during the day.
