Imomali Rahmon arrives in Tashkent

Today, on November 15, at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Tajik President Imomali Rahmon arrived in Tashkent on an official visit to participate in the seventh Consultation Meeting of Central Asian leaders, the Uzbek National News Agency (UzA) reported.
The high-ranking guest was welcomed at Tashkent–Humo International Airport by Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov and other officials.
The summit, chaired by President Mirziyoyev, will be held on November 15–16, 2025, in Tashkent. It is expected to conclude with the adoption of a substantial package of multilateral documents.
It is worth noting that earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Tashkent as an honorary guest for the consultation meeting and held a meeting with President Mirziyoyev.
Additionally, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov also arrived in Tashkent to participate in the summit and held talks with the Uzbek leader.
