Wanted Uzbek citizen detained in Istanbul

A citizen accused of committing fraud was detained in Istanbul, Turkey, and deported to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
According to the report, as a result of joint operational-search measures conducted by the Rapid Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Consulate General in Istanbul, citizen Y.D.—who was wanted by the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Directorate for committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code—was apprehended in Istanbul and deported to Uzbekistan.
The Ministry also urged citizens who may have been victims of this individual's illegal actions to contact the nearest internal affairs office or call the short number 102.
For reference, a citizen on the international wanted list was previously returned to Uzbekistan from Poland.
