Uzbeks who had been held in deportation centers in Poland for more than two months have been repatriated, the “Dunyo” news agency reported.
According to the information, as a result of negotiations conducted by diplomats of the Embassy of Uzbekistan and representatives of the Polish border guard service, an agreement was reached to repatriate T.J., A.B., and K.S., who had been kept in deportation centers for over two months due to their illegal stay in that country.
Today, August 30, these citizens of Uzbekistan will return to Tashkent via flight LO189 on the Warsaw–Tashkent route.
This humanitarian assistance was carried out within the framework of the “Return to the Homeland” campaign announced in Uzbekistan from July 30 to August 30.
It is worth noting that earlier, an Uzbek citizen who was deceived with the promise of a high-paying job in Turkey and fell into a difficult situation was provided assistance and repatriated.
