Saida Mirziyoyeva meets with US senators and business delegates

On May 16, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s only daughter and presidential assistant, Saida Mirziyoyeva, held a meeting with a delegation composed of Utah state senators and representatives from business circles in the United States. This development was shared by Mirziyoyeva on her Telegram channel.

According to the presidential assistant’s statement, the bilateral meeting focused on discussing concrete practical measures in the fields of education and business development, with special emphasis on supporting women entrepreneurs and expanding cooperation in technologies.

The Uzbek delegation expressed great interest in establishing contacts with the “Silicon Slopes” technology hub as well as with universities located in the state of Utah. In addition, they proposed forging cooperation between Uzbek exporters and the World Trade Center in Salt Lake City.

“I am convinced that this is only the beginning of a strong and mutually beneficial partnership,” Mirziyoyeva wrote on her channel.

It is worth recalling that Saida Mirziyoyeva had previously met with Eduards Stiprays, the European Union’s Special Representative for Central Asia.
