New deputies appointed to Andijan regional governor Shuhrat Abdurahmonov

Two deputy governors were appointed in Andijan region on June 8, the regional administration’s press service reported.

According to the report, Abdusattor Halimjonovich Otaboyev was appointed deputy governor of Andijan region for relations with public and religious organizations.

Otaboyev was born in 1976 in Turakurgan district, Namangan region. He graduated from Namangan Engineering Pedagogical Institute as a full-time student in 1998.

Before his appointment, he served as a contract serviceman at military unit No. 51411.

Elmurod Roziboyevich Ismoilov was also appointed deputy governor of Andijan region and head of the regional Investment, Industry and Trade Department.

Ismoilov was born in 1987 in Asaka district, Andijan region. He graduated from Andijan Agricultural Institute as a full-time student in 2014.

Before his appointment, he served as head of the secretariat for investment, industry and trade issues at the Andijan regional administration.

Earlier, Ilhom Qilichxonov was relieved of his post as mayor of Nurafshon, Tashkent region, as he is set to continue his career in a new position.
