Major four-vehicle crash occurs in Tashkent (video)

A traffic accident involving four vehicles occurred in Tashkent’s Almazar district, according to the city’s Road Traffic Safety Department.

The incident took place on January 25 at around 10:40 a.m. on Ahmad Donish Street. A collision occurred involving a Malibu-1, Nexia-3, Onix, and a Damas, resulting in a multi-vehicle traffic accident.

As a result of the crash, the driver of the Nexia-3 and two passengers sustained injuries and were provided with first emergency medical assistance by doctors.

Following the incident, the Investigation Department of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case under Article 266, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic safety or vehicle operation rules). Investigative actions are currently underway.

It is worth noting that on January 24, another traffic accident involving a Nexia-2, Nexia-3, and a BYD vehicle occurred in Tashkent’s Shaykhontohur district.
