Road accident in Tashkent involving Damas and freight truck

On July 7, a Damas vehicle collided with a parked truck in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent city. The incident was reported by the capital’s Road Traffic Safety Department.

According to the report, the accident occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. near the entrance to the “Jaloyir” neighborhood on the 4P road. The driver of the Damas, identified as S.I., lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a semi-trailer of a FREHAUF TF34 truck, which was stationary on the roadside. The truck was being operated by driver Sh.B.

Following the accident, the driver of the Damas received first aid from medical personnel. An investigation into the incident is currently being conducted by officers of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Directorate’s Road Traffic Safety Department.

It should be recalled that a similar accident involving a Damas vehicle occurred earlier in the Furkat district of the Fergana region, where the vehicle was split in two due to the impact. The driver and passengers were transported to the district emergency medical center with injuries.
