Starlink satellite internet now available in Tajikistan

The Starlink satellite internet service is now available for use in Tajikistan, the company announced today, February 5, on its official social media page.

“High-speed Starlink internet is now accessible in Tajikistan as well,” the announcement stated.

For reference, Starlink is a satellite internet system operated by Starlink Services LLC. It functions as an international telecommunications provider and is a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaceX, the American aerospace company founded by Elon Musk. The service currently covers approximately 130 countries and regions worldwide.

It should be noted that Starlink officially launched in Kazakhstan on August 13, 2025. The Starlink website provides information on tariffs for internet access in Kazakhstan. According to the portal, the minimum monthly fee for home internet starts at 23,000 tenge (42 USD) with speed limitations and 31,000 tenge (57 USD) without limitations. For travelers, the internet service costs at least 26,000 tenge (48 USD), offering 50 GB of traffic, while unlimited traffic starts at 52,000 tenge (96 USD) per month. The website also allows users to purchase the necessary equipment to connect to the satellite signal and internet network.
