Over the next three years, Uzbekistan will invest nearly $35 billion in key U.S. sectors, including critical minerals, aviation, automotive parts, infrastructure, agriculture, energy, chemicals, and information technology, with total investments and purchases expected to exceed $100 billion over the next decade. This was announced by U.S. President Donald Trump on his Truth Social page.

“I am pleased to announce an unprecedented trade and economic agreement between the United States and Uzbekistan,” Trump wrote.

The agreement highlights Uzbekistan’s commitment to expanding economic cooperation with the United States across strategic sectors.

“I thank His Excellency President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan. We look forward to long-term and productive relations between our countries,” Trump added.

President Mirziyoyev also addressed this agreement during the C5+1 Summit.

“Today, I presented to you a three-year joint investment program worth a total of $34 billion. These are very large, strategically significant projects. We discussed this in New York, and I am reiterating it today. Therefore, there are great prospects ahead,” Mirziyoyev said.

It is worth noting that during his visit to the United States in September for the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, President Mirziyoyev announced the purchase of 22 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft for $8 billion. On September 23, Mirziyoyev met with Donald Trump in New York, and agreements worth a total of $105 billion were reached between Uzbek and American companies.
