Earlier, it was reported that in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk region, law enforcement officers raided a concert of Uzbek singer Jaloliddin Ahmadaliev at the ’’Korona’’ banquet hall in Yemelyanovsky district and carried out searches among migrants. In order to protect the rights and interests of citizens, a licensed lawyer was sent to the scene. This was reported by the Migration Agency.
According to the agency, the incident is currently being reviewed within the framework of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The forces of special units of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service, and the Russian National Guard conducted a raid at an entertainment venue where Uzbek singer Jaloliddin Ahmadaliev was performing. During the operation, 620 guests, including 210 foreign nationals, were searched. According to reports, the inspection was carried out to identify foreign citizens who had arrived in Russia and individuals possibly involved in drug trafficking. No prohibited items or substances were found in their possession.
Nevertheless, 26 foreign nationals were taken to the police station, eight of whom were found to be residing in Russia illegally.
Following the raid, police officers filed a total of 19 administrative reports for violations related to entry, stay, or immigration rules committed by foreign citizens or stateless persons. In addition, three criminal cases were initiated under Article 322.3 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal registration of a foreign national or stateless person). Investigative actions are currently underway.
