Uzhydromet issues another warning

Dust and sandstorms are expected today, February 23, in western parts of Uzbekistan, Uzhydromet reported.
According to the agency, wind speeds may increase to 13–18 meters per second in some areas of Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm Region, Bukhara Region and Navoi Region during the day. Dust and sandstorms are also possible in some locations.
Earlier, Uzhydromet reported that wind speeds could increase to 13–18 meters per second in Surkhandarya Region, Andijan Region and Fergana Region, as well as in mountainous areas.
