Adult animal imitators can be imprisoned for 15 days

Adult animal imitators may face imprisonment for up to 15 days, according to a warning issued by the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier, it was reported that individuals known as animal imitators, wearing animal masks, had appeared in Tashkent. Notably, on October 10, an animal imitator wearing an animal mask was spotted in Tashkent, and on October 11, another imitator, imitating a dog, attacked passengers, frightening a child who witnessed the incident.
"According to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, failure by parents or guardians to fulfill their duties in raising and educating minors, including situations where minors commit administrative offenses, may result in a fine of up to five times the Basic Calculation Amount (BCA), or up to 1,875,000 soums," the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.
In addition, if the same violations are repeated within a year after the initial administrative penalty, a fine of five to ten times the BCA will be imposed.
Deliberately disregarding societal norms and engaging in actions that disturb public order are violations under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (minor hooliganism). Offenders may face fines of three to five times the BCA or imprisonment for up to 15 days.
