Illegal electricity use worth 4.6 billion soums uncovered in Andijan

In Andijan city, Andijan region, an LLC was found to have illegally used electricity worth 4.6 billion soums. This was reported by the Inspectorate for Control of Electricity, Oil Products and Gas Use.
According to the inspection, "G.T." LLC, operating in Andijan, was discovered to be illegally consuming electricity.
It was determined that two textile accessories workshops and a flower printing workshop belonging to the company were arbitrarily connected to the power grid.
Preliminary estimates indicate that the violation caused damage to the power supply company amounting to 4 billion 651 million soums.
Law enforcement agencies are currently conducting a preliminary investigation.
It should be noted that in July this year, 96 billion soums of damage was caused to the system due to the illegal use of energy resources. That month, 279 cases of illegal energy use were identified.
