Starting from November 3, cold and humid air masses will begin moving into the northern regions of Uzbekistan, and from November 4, they will spread across the entire country, the Center of Hydrometeorological Services (Uzhydromet) reported.

From November 3 to 5, rain is expected in some regions of the republic, with precipitation turning into snow in foothill and mountainous areas. Between November 4 and 7, nighttime temperatures will gradually drop to 0–3°C above zero, and in some places to 0–3°C below zero. Daytime temperatures will range between 8–13°C.

Later in the month, until the end of November, nighttime temperatures will fluctuate between -3°C and +10°C, while daytime temperatures will vary from 8–13°C to 18–23°C.

The average monthly temperature in November is expected to be 1–1.5°C below normal, though in some areas it will remain close to the seasonal norm. In the second and third ten-day periods of the month, light precipitation—mainly in the form of rain—is expected for two to three days.
