Prosecutor appointed as governor of Urgut

Today, August 5, a new governor was appointed to the Urgut district of the Samarkand region, according to the press service of the regional government.
An extraordinary session of the Urgut District Council of People’s Deputies was held, during which the acting governor of the Samarkand region, Adiz Boboev, announced that Botir Shukurovich Jabborov, who had served as governor of the district since November 2020, had been relieved of his duties due to a transfer to another position.
Dilmurod Bastamovich Sayidkulov was appointed as the new governor of Urgut. Prior to this appointment, he served as the deputy prosecutor of the Samarkand region.
It should be recalled that Shunkor Farmonovich Khudoiberdiev was recently appointed governor of the Payarik district, and Behzod Rahmatullaevich Rahmatullaev became governor of the Toylak district, both in the Samarkand region.
